Mr. is based in Ponsonby Auckland, New Zealand where the team work out of a humble office close to a coffee shop 😉

Your initial online doctors consultation is $159 or $189 depending on your preferred pathway, this includes the review and creation of a tailored treatment plan. (If you are unsuitable for treatment, you will be refunded 50%). The cost also includes access to a Client care coordinator who is on hand to answer any of the questions you may have.

The cost tailored plans vary, but can start for as little as $49 per month. We can provide options on your treatment plan depending on your budget.
Your treatments are shipped to you every 3 months but you can cancel this at any time.

We will also require a follow up consultation at 3 months to assess your progress, repeat any prescriptions and address any side effects. This three month consult costs $89.

No, all out consultations are currently conducted online via a video consultation.

Nope, we will deliver your entire treatment plan directly from our location in Auckland

For the majority of our service options, we require blood tests from the patient. The blood tests assist in two ways;

1. In the first instance the blood tests, along with your questionnaire, will allow the doctor to create a more personalised treatment plan based on any potential deficiencies. we wouldn’t want to prescribe anything that you really didn’t need.

2. The Blood tests also serve as a marker for progress as we work with you.

In most cases we will need to conduct a follow up at the 3-month mark. This is so that we can check on your progress and make sure we are managing any potential side effects.

In any case, you will have access to your Client Care Coordinator who is on hand to help with anything like that.

You will have access to a Medical professional to support your treatment and discuss any issues or concerns you might have via our platforms secure chat function.
